Like a traditional job fair, online job fairs are live, fully interactive, and held at specific times.
Several companies offer online job fairs. There are also companies that do them as part of a larger offering of electronic trade shows.
Online job fairs have grown in popularity and use, now being utilised by some universities and Fortune 500 companies.
